The Yorkipoo is a cross between the Yorkshire Terrier and the Toy or Miniature Poodle — a tiny, bold, lively companion that combines the Yorkshire Terrier's confident, feisty personality with the Poodle's intelligence and low-shedding coat. The Yorkshire Terrier parent contributes strong terrier character — Yorkipoos can be bolder and more vocal than their tiny size suggests. They are popular in Indian cities as a small, apartment-friendly dog. The coat can range from silky (Yorkie-type) to curly (Poodle-type).
