Cancellation of Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund provided for unused days unless otherwise specified.

Third-Party Services & Bookings

Third-Party Providers: Superr Pets may connect you with independent pet service providers (“Partners”). Any fees paid in cash directly to such Partners are strictly between you and the Partner. Superr Pets is not responsible for managing or issuing refunds for those direct transactions.
Non-Refundable Convenience Charges: For bookings made through our platform, we charge a non-refundable convenience fee. Under no circumstances will this convenience fee be refunded.
Service Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel a booked service before its commencement, the booking fee (excluding the convenience charge) will be refunded.Refunds are typically processed within 2-5 business days, subject to banking and payment provider cycles.

Product Purchases and Returns

14-Day Return Policy: Most products purchased from our website are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by any original packaging.

Condition of Returned Items: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or tampered with, or if it does not meet the return criteria specified.

Non-Refundable Items:Medical devices and related products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety considerations, except as mandated by applicable law.If a specific product is non-returnable or non-refundable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page prior to purchase.

Inspection and Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. The refund amount will be credited to your original mode of payment, generally within 2-5 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.

GDPR Compliance

Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
